Unsatisfied and unhappy customer

I don't know are they under mining customer's or is the way Rage doesn't care about a client. No wonder so many people are complaining about them and their products that from Rage you won't get a positive answer even if you can go and complain in the store, the answer is always negative. But there is this lady called Wendy at the customer care who is always right than the customer. The only problem is because people are afraid to write to hellopeter and complain. But I think this review of mine will be the last one on this platform, I am going now to a next level until they refund me or exchange that skirt. I am now going to ombudsman no joke about it because they don't take customers seriously, I will deal with them my own way is fine.
