Unsatisfactory service

Good day

Im so angry and not happy with the service I received from Rage store at The grove. I went there on 23rd January 2018 to change a pair of shoes which I bought on the way 1st of Dec 2017.

When i got there i was assisted by *****gwa who refused to change the shoes for me because of some policy . She later called the Head office and spoke to another lady by the name if Portia who told *****gwa that she cannot assist me.

The reason I wanted to change those shoes is because i can't wear them coz they are small, so i left the shoes with *****gwa at the store because i was not prepared to take them home with me .

Im so disappointed all i needed was my correct size, or different shoe that would fit.
