Unreasonable process

I pachase a boots of size 13 yesterday at the rage the boulders mall, only to find that the boots doesn't correspond with the inner inside the boots. I took it back today and they didn't have the size and I was referred to rage busy corner mall. I got the size 13 and only to find that it doesn't fit my daughter. Later today I went back to busy corner mall to change and take a bigger size and they tell me that I can not do multiple exchanges which is was not mentioned to me in the morning when I was exchanging. The receipt I got in the morning wrote multiple without any reason however at the bottom of the receipt its written "refund within 7 days, exchange within 30" which I believe that what's written at the bottom of the receipt contradicts the "multiple" that they are explaining to me. At the store they tried calling the customer service and the consultant dropped the phone as the were requesting the consultant to speak to me, then the phone was ringing without any response. Rage has a process that is unreasonable and they do not do the quality check before they can distribute their items to the stores. I am sitting here with a boots that its small and they cannot assist me.
