Unprofessional employee

Good day I would love to lay a complain against one of your emplooyee who was at Alberton Mall, currently at Sam Ntuli. Nolwazi Kubheka, I came in as a customer some other day with a trolley and enquired as a normal customer.

She then took the conversation we had and used it against me. From my point of view that is not so professional for someone to engage with a customer in a normal conversation. Yet use it outside of workplace. Her concern was that I was talking English with her mainly because I'm fighting her apparently because we are on the same institution. I was not even aware of that. I can't afford to have my name being placed on a mud by someone who had a problem with talking English with her merely because I'm black.

Please take this matter at hand.
