Unpleasant Service

I have given a pair of odd pair for them to change them ,I was given a run around and a lady in fochville President Square took my issue and wanted to assist I left the odd pair at the shop and they took my number to call me and 2 weeks past and I went there yesterday day and I was told by an attitude response that there can't be anything done to help me and the lady who helped me I no longer working there,so m very disappointed with rages customer service and then changing stassistants
