Unhappy with rage service.

I bought a pair of ankle boots at rage store on a Saturday, on Monday I wore the shoe just until 11:30 because they were uncomfortable and were giving me black marks on my ankle. So I visited rage store opposite MTN rank to find out if I could return the shoe based on the above issue, they told yes I could but the next day they told me they need to confirm with head office who then advised them not to exchange for me. The manager was called in who advised them to allow the exchange but the cashier was not willing to do so . I then told them to take it up for audit since the cashier was not willing to take the shoes back and I was not going to keep shoes I was not able to walk in. They said I should write my story at the back of the slip so that the auditor can understand what was going on and also provide them with my contact details for them to get back to me which they said it would be the following week but till today nobody has came back to me. This happened at the beginning of May it is now the second week of June.
