unhappy customer

I bought leather shoes last week Thursday at Rage Alex mall store code ALT,they fitted its a size 5 and then when I wore them on Friday i discovered that that they cut its small and its to tight for me couldn't barely walk on them , I then went to the store on Sunday 15.09.19 to exchange the shoes and get something else but didn't have my receipt with me and the lady that works there phoned customer services to get authorization and she was then asked by Matladi from customer service if they still in good condition and she confirmed yes they still in good condition and I was approved for an exchanged and i went to take something else , then this other cashier came to do an exchange for me and opened up the box again and said to me but you wore these shoes and I agreed with her and told her they said I can exchange them and she then called Matladi telling her I wore the shoes but they still in good condition must she exchange them and Matladi said send me pictures before you exchange them and she took pictures both of the cashiers both without name tags on them which shows how unprofessional is their staff and bad attitude towards when I ask whats their exchange policy and they had no idea , I guess they are not trained and they dont have a good customer service and I was told they cant exchange I must go and read on the slip which I bought the shoes and see their policy and I went home back home , Yesterday I found my slip and I took back the shoes and same cashiers without name tags where still on duty and i gave them my slip and the shoes to exchange or get refund and she then asked me what didi they say to me now that i returned back to the store I was so ****ed being asked as a customer that question because their Job is to help us customers and welcome us into their store and shop , she then called Matladi again saying I brought the slip ans she said take pictures of the shoes again and send me on whatsapp she did that and then I was told they cant exchange them because i banned this shoes they look damaged now im like *** are you guys saying now?I asked for a senior person to assist with this matter via telephone and I spoke to some lady from customer service Wendy she was rude never greeted me 1st and said we wont exchange this shoes for me theres nothing they can do to assist me I must take them with me and I asked them and do what with these shoes and i was told they cant tell but they wont take them back and I went to their exchange policy and I have every right to change the shoes before 7 days and im being sent home twice so that they will come and say my 7 days to come and exchange or get refund has passed.........Rage has a bad service and their staff doesn't follow the procedures
