UNHAPPY CUSTOMER/ DAMAGED SHOES

I bought shoes not even one month i took it back the wanted to help me but i had to take something cos it was on sale i left it there cos i didn't have money to top up, i bought again this time i was helped but coz the shoe was faulty when i as about the other pair they said they cant help me after keeping the shoes for almost two months, without an explanation the shoes was put into the bag and i left it, I BOUGHT AGAIN SHOES WAS NOT RIGHT ASK IF I CAN CHANGE COZ I SAW ANOTHER THEY SAID I CANT IT WAS MARKED DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED SO YOUR SPECIALS IS JUST DAMAGES THEN YOU MUST INCLUDE IT IN YOUR SMS'S YOU SEND US THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WILL GET DAMAGED IF I WEAR THE SHOES EVERYDAY SO SHE THERE TO WATCH THE CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF ASSISTING THEM POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
