Unhappy Customer

My Mom bought shoes for me in November at Limpopo and I got the shoes in December only to find that the shoes had beats and had one beats that is coming out meaning it's a damage and I went to one of the store in Pretoria central... saying due to policy the shoes can't be exchanged and I never wear the shoes are still new with the slip so I don't know what to do with the shoes.... and this is for the second time where by I bought shoes and where never exchanged due to policy bad experience I got....
