Unhappy customer

I am still not happy about the review I wrote on this platform and not yet received my response. It was about the skirt I bought in 2019 in Rage in Pretoria Bosman station Square and I did return the product and is still at the store with them, as I dont don't want it it damaged while in the packed. The customer care manager called Wendy refused to assist with my querie. Is either they refund me my money back or give me a new item as I bought it cash. I heard so many complains about them before now I experience it myself. Hope this time I will receive my feedback from the store. The current manager can't help me as she needs to get the permission from that particular Wendy as she owns the rage stores.
