Unhappy customer

I had a positive balance on their account, yet they still expected me to give them a deposit on top of what they owed me. i requested the sales ladies to call their customer service as i did no agree with paying a deposit while they owe me money. Even customer service failed to assist me, i am not happy with their service. i ended up closing the account.
