Here's a review

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at Range in Randburg Square. I purchased a shoe from them I wore it 3 times and unfortunately, it broke. When I tried to return it, I was shocked to be told that I couldn't get assistance because I didn't have the box. Are you kidding me? Not everyone keeps boxes, and I have the tracker number and proof of purchase. It's clear which shoe I bought, and I returned the exact same one.

The lack of understanding and flexibility from the staff was appalling. I expect better customer service from a reputable store like Range. Until they improve their return policy and train their staff to be more customer-friendly, I would advise others to think twice before shopping there.
