Unhappy client

I bought a shoe at range and the size it's a small cut of my shoe size and it did not fit me and I went to exchange it and they refused saying it's dirty they won't take it and when I spoke to the thier client care hoping they will say I must send a picture so they can see the shoe but was just dismissed like a not important client and what annoys me is I always buy and exchange and have never had an issue with Rage protea Gardens
