Unhappy Chappy

<p>Good Day - on Friday I bought 3 pairs of shoes and an outfit at your store in Clearwater Mall. The one pair of shoes I was suppose to have worn for my wedding on Haritage day - and to my surprise - as I put on my left shoe and admiring it - I want to put on the right shoe and find that it was a left shoe as well...yes two left shoes were given to me - so guess what - I had to wear other shoes that were not part of the plan. Why did the sales lady not look throught the boxes to make sure that the shoes were left and right. It is now causing me more inconvenience to drive back all the way to exchange the shoes. Such a disappointment</p>
