Unhappy and unsatisfied customer.

I'm not happy with Rage Dihlabeng and Rage as a company. I bought shoes for my child 3 to 4 weeks ago. She wore them to school once and when she came back the shoes were torn. I asked my sister to take them back to get another pair and they refused, I get that I lost da slip, I didn't know the quality was not up to rage standard and I didn't see the need to keep the slip. I phoned their customer care hoping they will do something for me as a customer and failed to that. I don't understand how they'd rather loose a customer than to try and assist. Those shoes cost me around R200 and I just lost it like that. I refuse to accept that. They need to do something. I'm not happy.
