Unhappy

I am a very unhappy customer I bought a pair of shoe's in November last year the shoe was to small I returned the good but was told by the cashier that they cannot return or get a refund for the goods or exchange it I produced the slip the cashier told me that I had to return the goods within 7 days it does not state in the store that you as a customer must return the goods before 7 days I spoke to the manager and she said that its company policy not to be refunded or exchange as well as return goods I walked out leaving the goods at the store I called them and was told I must come and collect the goods that I bought from them to this day I havent recieved feed back from them regarding the above matter All I want is to a refund or an exchange for the goods.
