Unfairly treated and poor service

I went to rage bloemfontein mimosa mall yesterday the 5th of June. I saw a grey sharp nose loafer on sale for R127-00 and I asked one of the ladies that work there to please keep it for me till tomorrow, I will come pay for it. And she agreed. I than went there today the 6th of June to go pay. She I got there I took the same shoe off the shelf and went straight to the till. And told them I asked some lady yesterday to keep it for me. Described that lady she was short and dark. They told me she is not there but they still have sizes. So I took out money to pay and I was told the sale ended yesterday. But the shoe that I took off the shelf still had a for sale sticker. So now I asked them but it still says its for sale. They refused to give me the shoe at the written price and they said I should come tomorrow to talk to the lady who helped me yesterday as she was the one who had to tell me that the sale ended yesterday. I got a ****py service and was treated unfairing. Why should I pay R169.95 for that shoe mean while it was written R127 for sale on the shoe.
