uncomfortable shoes...need an exchange

<p>I received a very bad service when I went to rage at Protea gardens. I want an exchange or my money back because these shoes are still new. They are not comfortable,I cant walk properly when wearing them. How is that my problem. The sales lady was very rude and not helpful....is it because we are at soweto? And they can treat people otherwise?</p>
