Uncomfortable Boots

HI I bought a pair of boots from rage on the 12 Aug 2025. On the 13 Aug 2025 I put my new boots for work. As I was about to leave I realized that's the boots where uncomfortable and I would make it through the day in them. I then took them off and put it back in the box with the receipt to return it to rage. Upon my arrival at Rage the staff called customer service and they said it cannot be returned because it's uncomfortable. And it is also use so it can not be resold. The staff at Rage bree str was very apologetic saying it's not them it's customer service. So in future before purchasing a pair of shoes from Rage run and jump in the store to make its perfect because there is no take backs and no help. 😮💨
