Unbelievably customer services

<p>On the 28 October I purchased a per of sandals from the Rage in Bayside mall, I put the sandal on for the first time on Wednesday and the strap snapped. I retured it to the store on sunday 6 November only to be told that I must come back on the monday when head office is open for authorisation. I don't know how they work as no where on my slip or in the store does it state that before purchasing from them. I have never gone into any store where you can not make and exchange or do a reture for this reason. This now means I need to waste my time and my petrol by going all the way back to the store. Will never purchase from them again</p>
