Unable to Exchange a shoe

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I bought a boot on march 16 at Rage in Carlton Centre using my Account.<br />I did not wear the shoe until 26 May and the same day I realised that the shoe was small, I am a size 5 but the shoe is very tight.</p> <p>I went to the store and explained to the 2 sales ladies and they said I can bring the shoe and exchange for something else,</p> <p>I explained that I do not have the box any more and they said they will track using my account. I went to the store they processed and told me to choose another shoe of the same price, while I was busy, one lady came to say I cannot exchange because I had worn the shoe. I only wore the shoe on the 26 and not even for 5 minutes because it was too tight and I had to wear something else</p> <p>I really do not know how to go on about this.</p>
