UN SATISFIED & INCONVIENCED CUSTOMER

I have 2 complaints on the 26th Feb 2022 I went to purchase from RAGE on Pinehill Centre Durban, the lady who was the cashier as per the slip - PNH was heavily pregnant & had no time whatsoever for customers to prove this she went to the back and as I had purchased a flat sandal to get the other partner for it. She put it into my shoebox and I left after paying using my card credit. Today I wake up and want to wear the sandal & guess WHAT !!! I have X2 lefts. I live in Westville & I have to travel again back to get the correct sandal!! (who's going to reimburse me for the petrol) as this is a huge inconvenience for me!! I request she go home and start her maternity leave. Secondly, why is my account showing it's closed on my Transunion profile when it's active? You know why because you have ppl who are not updating & doing their job on time!! It says I closed the Rage Account, which is not true. someone from the relevant department to have it UPDATED ASAP!!!
