Un happy customer

I always buy my kids shoes at rage and i never had problem before so in december/23/2023 i bought my niece shoes from diepkloof rage store in soweto she fitted them and they were okay but when she got home she tried them on again and realized that she could not walk for a distance so i placed the shoes back in a box the next day told her she could return them at diepkloof but she could not find the right size i then said she should try bara mall in soweto and that's were my problem began,i was told that i needed a receipt or an sms mind you we never received an sms rnd they never asked for our number mi niece explained that she only needed an exchange not a rufund and that she has lost her receipt,but they refused and my niece had to wear old shoes on Christmas day because of a receipt so i complained on their website but i got the same response. I am really disappointed on how they treat i mean you can exchange at other store pep mr price you name them they do it without a receipt as long as the product is still intact or am wrong now we had to give those shoes away because she could not wear them
