*****ulent account opened at a RAGE store using my identity

I noted a month ago that an account was added on my credit record from a RAGE store account, and the account owed R850 that was opened in September. I complained to their ***** Department a month ago and spoke and emailed Nomnthandazo several times (she had a number of reasons why she couldn't respond to my query, including a crashed computer and lost emails). She is yet to respond to me or inform me about the process, and how they will resolve this issue, and how they were able to open an account without verifying my details.
