Two Left shoes from RAGE...

December 2020, Rage in Shoprite centre VRYBURG had a sale and I bought a pair of shoes I didn't really need. I fitted the left shoe, perfect and went home. I Organize my shoe cabinet & threw away the box. Last week I had a parent/teacher conference at my kids school and thought let me put on my new pair of heels, only to find that I HAD TWO LEFT SHOES!!! immediately went back to the shop and the lady told me, no slip, no box its going to be difficult. 1.The shoes are new, cant wear two left shoes 2. They are clearly marked, they are theirs. What's so difficult about that. I was told to go and leave my details and wait for a call, I'm still waiting up to today. So if RAGE head office is listening... what do I do with two left shoes RAGE really. Should I just accept that I have lost my money and move on... seriously?
