TOTALLY BAD SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY SHOES

I bought shoes those sock heal boots in July and i bought them at the Gugulethu store. Within a week, the heals were off I was literally on my way to work. i then wrote an email to customer services who advised me to go to the branch and i did but I got no assistance from then the only thing I received from them was attitude and was told to pay I told them that they literally saw me the last week that I was there and i een showed them the email from their customer services rep and was still not assisted months later I am given an amount of R989 to pay like *** and Im being called by debt collectors HOOOOOWWW when you guys could not even sort the issue out. How can i be paying for something that I only wore once and because of poor quality im still told to pay. You guys are messing up with my credit score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
