Too bad service

I bought shoes from Rage South gate for my daughter on Tuesday the 13th of October and when I got Rage Dobsonville they did not want me to exchange to what I wanted instead they told I need to take something of the same price or more n told them there's nothing else I want it's only that. Note this is with 7days meaning I still able to get full refund if I wanted to. When I told them I want cash they told me they don't have cash they have been doing account salea the whole day. I stood there for 30minutes and they never wanted to give me my money back until the store was closed. This is really bad service and I demand some apology from the 2 cashiers that were working who did not even wear name tags. Bad service ever from Rage Dobsonville mall.
