They sold me worn out returned shoes....Bad service

I am so annoyed and shocked by the service I received from Rage CBD Johannesburg... I bought myself two pair of shoes yesterday on the 25th November 2020 to my surprise one pair of the shoes were old and worn out...what the hell...u sell dirty shoes that were returned back by customers..yeses I want my money back ... If I could attach the pictures I would....
