They dont care, but its my money i bought with.. Painful sandal for my 5year old

Hello peter, my name is charity and i am not happy with the service i got from rage today, I opened an account with them this year(2019)on May in the hope that my daughter and i will collect shoes from them and thought we gonna have a long journey together but their service sucks big time..last week friday on the 15 of nov i decided to buy my daughter 3pairs of shoes, she fitted them in the store and they were all fine on Monday the 18th of nov she wore them to creache i carry her on my back and i left her on the creache went to work his brother fetched him from creache my daughter was walking on her feet, didnt want to wear the shoes at all cos they r hurting her, when i got home from work i asked why she is not wearing shoes she told me they hurt her n she showed me where, i took a close look at the shoes and i thought ok myb its the design its a gladiater sandal small on top and they hurt her when she walks. I went to range attlyn shopping centre 2 today as i was working and im off only on Friday to complain about the shoes and i was hoping for an exchange but they said they cant change them they called their head office the lady said she wont change them i asked to talk to their manager same story they asked the cashier if they can resell them she said no cos she wore them, "they would exchange them if they were torn" i asked them where am i gonna take them cos my daughter wont wear them cos they hurt her right on top of the ankle they said they dont know but i have to pay for them anyway. My heart is really painful i decided to settle my account with them and ask them to close it cos i feel i wasn't treated right as a customer can you believe when i told them my daughter says the shoes hurts her they wanted to see bruises on my daughters legs which she didnt have, so peter did my child have to get bruises on her legs for them to exchange a shoe she wore once not even for the whole day? Is it fair that i paid for shoes my baby cant wear? Was i supposed to damage them so they can exchange them? Pls assist me... Yes i paid the account but i still need your help for the shoes to be exchanged... Hope to hear from you
