Terrible Staff

Your shop assistants have 0 customer service s****s. Lerato @ your Park Central store outside the shopping center needs to learn how to speak to people. I went to pay my account on Friday and when I asked her to check my balance so that she could pay she made it seem like she's doing me a favour. She really isn't doing me any favours, she's employed to assist.

Yesterday, I went to look for boots for a mother's day gift and I was really annoyed. I asked one of your assistants to help and she said they didn't have the size I'm looking for. She then referred me to another lady who was standing by the payments counter confirming some codes with her colleagues. This lady at the counter told me how busy they were and then proceeded to the back, none of the other ladies behind the till offered to help. I eventually walked out because wow your people are terrible.

It would be so much easier if you guys had an online ordering service like other retail stores, it's 2019 get with the program so that we don't have to deal with your terrible staff.
