TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a shoe from Rage on the 16th April 2022 Unfortunately my car went to the car wash and they threw it away . I went to the store in kwa dukuza mall and they refused to help me as they said I did not buy the shoe from their store . I called customer care and spoke to Nonphomelelo and she said I must take proof that I purchased the item from rage . I went there and they were being very difficult and she wanted me to share my bank statement which is very confidential. I did however show her the email that came through from ABSA . They refused to return my item which we needed to wear this weekend for a function . This is terrible service! I don't appreciate it being a customer there for so many years .
