Terrible service

On The 3rd of March 2024 I went to Rage store mall of Tembisa to pay my account, when I got to the till there was a guy standing with the till operator so I thought he was buying, the till operator called me to come I went and the guy remained there flirting with the till operator,I gave my card to the till operator and the guy continued talking to her she asked the guy to move to the other side so that I can insert my card and pin on the speed point machine, the guy refused and said to her in my presence "what if I wanna **** her" meaning what if he wants to **** me.....that made me feel so uncomfortable, the guy then left afterwards I then asked the till operator why she's allowing her boyfriend to disturb her while she is working and making customers uncomfortable the till operator rudely rep**** by saying "what did he do?" so I guess she saw nothing wrong with what her boyfriend was doing and saying.

I hate unprofessionalism especially at a place of work because that sends a wrong message to the customers. I asked the till operator her name and she said its Phumzile, not sure if she gave me a wrong name or not....if your store has cameras you more than welcome to watch the footage I was at the store at 12.

I want action taken against Phumzile. I will never set foot in that store again!!!!!
