Terrible service

I had bought shoes at rage on Thursday at wonderpack shopping center, I was in a rash that day and when I got home I wanted to see if the shoes will fit my mother and she didn’t like them because they had a fault today On Sunday I wanted to return the shoes and luckily when I got there the very same person that helped me was the one I found and she gave me a really bad stinking attitude telling that I wore the shoes and she said I was lying about the shoes. The lady’s name is Nthabiseng and I feel that she gave me a very bad and horrible service
