Terrible, inconvenient, *********** worst customer service

Rage sa customer service is the worst thing I've ever come across, they are terribly ***********. So annoying that you have to call in for help every time. The consultant put you in hold for 1t minutes when someone comes back on the line you get a new consultant which you have to explain your query to again. I dknt know if they don't put notes on their dialers but it's such an inconvenience. Maybe after this someone will actually call me to assist because I'm really over this whole process. If it wasn't my my credit record being messed up then I wouldn't even be bothering myself. Please call me! Please respond to my emails!
