Terrible experience

<p>I went to Rage centurion mall on the 07.01.2017 after coming back from holiday to reurn my daughters shoes we bought in December because they do not fit. When i got there i was greeted by an elderly lady who said she was already assisting someone already i should go to the payment. when i g ot there there was no one at the payment, 2 young ladies walked in with packets seems like they were coming back from lunch, another lady came and i asked her for help, she gave me the irritated face and asked how can she help. i then gave her 3 different pairs for sizes, i waited literally 35min and when she came she had the wrong pairs, she then got upset when i asked her why she took so long, went back to the back and told her peers that she will sort me out. She stayed at the back for a while and came back 20min later to say they dont have the shoes, i then told her i am tired of waiting can she just refund me i want to go, then she said with soooo much attitude no refunds after 7 days...is it not my legal right to get a refund? anyways i looked for other shoes gave her to get sizes for us and then another 20 minutes she took at the back while they were laughing and being sarcastic. i took the shoes and the slip formt he pay point and left. HORRIBLE!</p>
