Quick to take your money for their pathetic quality shoes but to exchange something you need to wait on an authorization code from head office, who possibly won’t answer their phone leaving you in a position to have to come back, after already waiting 20 minutes on someone to answer the phone.

Not to add the shop assistance having a team meeting on how to do an exchange, and once they kind of figure it out, they’ll leave you standing there all confused while they discuss you and what they are doing without saying a word to you.
