Terrible and unprofessional service

I was listed by rage for R9. I paid up the account on November also closed it. I had called three times the account department I was informed that after three weeks it will be removed until today. Today I went to rage store I was told to wait three weeks again. If they are fast to list they should also be fast on removing.
