Terrible after sale service at Rage

I bought a perfume in December 2020, normally my perfumes last long as I use them carefully. This one that I bought in December started giving me problems when spraying and eventually it stopped spraying in February. I went to Rage at KitKat and they were willing to help me but I didn't have a slip so they referred me back to where I bought as they would be able to check on their system since I took it with my account. So I got a chance on the 20th March and I went there to get some assistance. They told me there is nothing they can do to assist me as I have already used half of it. When I bought the perfumes it was working until it was half, as a customer I was expecting to use it until its finished but Rage didn't seem to care and they expected me to just throw it into a bin, I mean thats my money, I paid for it. I didn't mind even if they could fix it so that it can spray again but they didn't seem to care. I am an account holder at Rage and I wouldn't advise anybody to buy their perfumes as it seems like you buy it at your own risk.
