Store is Uncontactable

The Rage in Diepkloof is useless, they never answer they phone. What is the point of having this store if they can't provide service. There's a shoe I wanted to ask them to keep for me as there is only 2 pairs left. I guess I'm missing out on this shoe because they just won't answer their phone.
