Staff refused to assist.

I waited at one of the stores this morning in Brakpan at 09:00 the store was closed. The lady came and opened the door, walked in and closed again. I was only let into the store at 09:10.

After looking for the shoe i intended to buy, i needed assistance with getting a size and asked the sales lady. She told me the person who was to get the shoe for me is not in yet and she will not be going to the back to get me the right size. I walked out without my shoe after she refused to assist me.
