STAFF REFUSE TO EXCHANGE SHOE

<p>Today I went to Rage Vincent park east london to returned a shoe I bought for my daughter. The show is damage and I wanted to exchange for something else. The lady thabiso try to phone at their customer service and after some times told me she spoke with portia at head office and she said they can't. </p> <p>I think Rage and their staff need to learn about CPA and be more aware of the law.</p> <p>The shoe is less than a month ago and it's really damage. </p>
