Staff members *****ing from customers

Rage Store Alex Mall shop no 2 i am appalled at the service received in your store where my cellphone was ****** by one of the staff members .i was in store on the 29th June and i misplaced my cellphone in your store .i've been given the go around till 3rd July -because i have mentioned forensics tracing the phone and opening a case of theft and only now my phone is found .i was in store 2nd July and was refused to check the footage as technical support does not speak to customers .MY phone was answered my phone the Sunday and Saturday and now its found in your store your staff stole my phone i am dissapointed at your service .i want to be compensated Contact : ***
