Size exchange

I bought shoes at Rage Centurion, they are so unprofessional and so rude for that big store. it was a wrong size. When I took them back it was a disaster when I told them I misplaced a reciept no one couldn't help they told me about head office. I phoned them no one couldnt help. How easy it was for them to take my money n now how hard it is for them to help me. No one at the store no one at head office. What pained me is when they said if it was account they should've helped. How so. What is the different I gave them my money.
