Shoes torn after wearing them once

My daughter purchased two pairs of sandals from your branch in Alberton in January, which were gifted to me. The sandals were R139.00 per pair, however we paid R120.00 per pair . After making several purchases with you it was my first encounter that the sandals are damaged. After wearing them yesterday i found that the back of the elastics on both the sandals are torn off. This is a ******* only after wearing this sandal once. I expect a refunds or replacement
