SHOES THAT ARE NOT WORTH MY MONEY

i went to your store on the 25th of April and bought a pair a boots in Midrand the boulders. i wore them from the store. i saw them online and decided to go buy them. after walking in them on that day i realized they were not as comfortable. i decided to go have them exchanged. i live in Pretoria so i decided to go there on Sunday they told me its out of 7 days and they will need authorization. so i went on Wednesday 8th of May. i got assisted by Boitumelo Mocholo. she took my slip and said i must choose ones that i want for the same price or more. as i was checking she calls me and says unfortunately we cant exchange them as they have been worn. the manager said they cant exchange them. so i want to know what must i do with your uncomfortable shoes, because all your shoes the quality is bad. i had friends tell me they dont buy shoes from rage because of the quality, but i decided to stay loyal and support because i like your shoe style, even though most of my Rage shoes are now deformed, i still went and bought them. i wonder if rage does not know the consumer protection act
