Shoes exchange

Good day , I will like to be assisted with Rage store incident that I had today. I have bought my sister a pair of shoes in February right size but small cut they dot fit her . We stay far from each other I couldn't get a chance to give her until yesterday. When we went to exchange them today they refused . I have misplaced the proof of purchase but bought with my account . The shoes have never been worn only that their policy states thay they return within 30 days after the purchase . I tried to explain my situation they called head office where I spoke to Violet Muhammad she told me that they can't help me and she doesn't know what I should do with the shoes. I even bought a pair today again for myself even though they refused to help me . On that day I bought 4 pairs but they can't assist me in exchanging a pair .
