Shoes

On the 26th November I bought a pair of shoes from Rage Thavhani Mall. 2 daya later while I was at work the sole just fell off. I then went to Rage Thavhani mall for exchange. I was told it's factory damage. I then got another pair different make and style but again today it's Saturday 4 days after an exchange the shows the sole is separating from the top part of the shoe. And I called customer care and I was told that I cannot be helped since I don't have a receipt. I mean when I leave the house in the morning I don't expect to have my shoes ruined.
