Shoe Quality

I bought shoes from rage sometime in January 2023 from Killarney mall.. I wore them to work for the second time on Friday the 24 Feb 2023.. The shoes have cracked right through from the bottom of the sole to the top. I am so disappointed, having to walk around in those shoes was so embarrassing because it was evident they were broken.

I’m shocked at how these beautiful shoes were of such low quality
