Shocking service

I have in general been receiving appalling service from the rage outlet with an exception of the Bree street and Southgate by Checkers stores. On Friday 1st of December I went to Carlton Centre and saw a mustard heel that i liked. So i asked to fit and i was assisted well not assist but i spoke to a lady who said her name was Nqobile. All the seats were occupied, mostly by people who were not fitting but accompanying someone who is. I then ask Nqobile for a seat. she said"agcwele". i then said but not everyone is fitting a shoe, she then said ' basuse wena'. i asked her who her manager is and she said "ngiyaphuma", off she went out the door. So now i am not sure if this is how you train them as a costumer or you just generally tell them that customers are nothing. I am so disgusted because I always buy cash at Rage and don't have an account. Being treated like thi when you are paying should just stop! She reminded me why I avoided Rage for the last few months because of the service i received at Maponya and Jabulani.
