Settlement letter

Hi All, My name is Bonisile, I had an account at Rage for some time... I now decided to pay it off since I'm closing most of my accounts... I then requested for a closing letter... I spoke to 2 consultants at customer service since November the 26th 2018, they promise to send it ...till this day I've not received it... I spoke to Zama "she said" and all they do is to confirm my email address and I don't receive it. I wanted to close my accounts since I'm preparing my self for a bigger credit ..so I wanted to make sure that everything goes accordingly. My people ...please request your closing letters, so if they've not closed it well or monthly fees occurs...which could lead them to hand you over .... you may have proof. I am still waiting for that letter Zama as "you said" as in yesterday.
